DISCOVER & DEFINE

Understanding the users, their needs, and the challenges they face is crucial at this stage. Our primary objective is to gain a deep understanding of these aspects, which will serve as the foundation for developing your product or service. We will carefully analyze all the information gathered and narrow it down to identify the core problems that need to be addressed.

IDEATE

Now is the perfect moment to ignite our creativity and embark on an exciting journey of idea generation. This is where the real fun begins! In this stage, there are no right or wrong ideas, and no judgments are made. We are encouraged to think outside the box because that's the only way to foster genuine innovation and be truly disruptive. During brainstorming, we explore a multitude of possibilities, diverging in our thinking, before converging on the best solutions to a problem.

CREATE

Our objective is to bring the most promising ideas to life, making them visible and tangible. We achieve this by employing various tools such as hand sketches, Photoshop renderings, 3D modeling, cardboard models, rapid prototyping, wireframes, and mockups. These tools enable us to create a clear and accurate representation of the final product, ensuring that it aligns with the client's expectations and fulfills their requirements.

DEVELOP

After carefully refining and implementing the selected solution, it is essential to evaluate its feasibility. This stage involves identifying any potential manufacturing obstacles and determining a rough production cost. The significance of this step lies in guaranteeing that the final product remains faithful to the original concept, meets the client's requirements, and is feasible for production.

VALIDATE

Validation is used to ensure that the product or service we have designed satisfies the expectations of the end users. It usually kicks off once the design has been solidified and a high-fidelity working prototype is available.
This is not the final phase; the design process is iterative and non-linear. The feedback from the testing phase may frequently urge us to rethink or modify some solutions before finalizing the project and bringing it into production.
