We are proud to announce that TEMPRA participated in the prestigious World Industrial Design Conference (WIDC) 2024, held in Yantai, China. This global event brought together top China designers, renowned design universities, and major design associations.
WIDC 2024 featured a range of activities, including an opening ceremony, keynote speeches, an international exhibition that showcased exceptional industrial design achievements, forums, a designers’ gala night, industry matchmaking sessions, and more.
During the conference, TEMPRA also took part in the preparatory meeting for the World Industrial Design Association (WIDA, 世界工业设计学会（筹）), of which it is proud to be a co-founding member.
WIDC aimed to foster the integration of innovative design with economic and social development on a global scale, serving as a key platform for facilitating international design exchange and collaboration. Since its inception in 2016, WIDC has successfully hosted six sessions, becoming a vital hub for global design innovation and the industrial design value chain.
