OVERVIEW

Wildgrowth is a strategic consultancy that operates at the intersection of vision and execution, helping companies identify opportunities, navigate complexity, and accelerate growth. Unlike traditional consulting firms, Wildgrowth positions itself as a proactive and fearless partner, capable of challenging conventions and driving tangible results.

 

TEMPRA developed a complete brand identity that translates this positioning into a bold, recognisable, and emotionally charged visual system, designed to reflect both strategic intelligence and instinctive action.

THE DESIGN CHALLENGE

The challenge was to design an identity that breaks away from the visual language of traditional consulting firms, typically conservative, neutral, and corporate.

 

Wildgrowth required a brand expression capable of communicating:

  • A disruptive and unconventional approach to strategy

  • A balance between analytical thinking and instinctive action

  • The ability to uncover hidden opportunities in complex markets

  • A strong, confident personality aligned with ambitious clients

 

The identity needed to signal expertise and credibility, while also standing out as bold, dynamic, and unapologetically different.

CONCEPT: CONTROLLED INSTINCT

At the core of the identity lies the idea of controlled instinct.

 

Wildgrowth operates like a strategic force that combines:

  • Rational analysis + intuitive insight

  • Precision + speed

  • Strategy + execution

  • Control + disruption

 

This duality inspired a visual language that feels both structured and powerful, refined yet aggressive, capable of expressing movement, evolution, and impact.

LOGO & SYMBOL

The logo is built around a dynamic typographic system that visually expresses growth, transformation, and increasing strength.

 

The lettering evolves from thin to bold, creating a visual progression that mirrors the journey from initial fragility to market dominance. This transition is not only formal, but conceptual — representing how Wildgrowth helps companies scale, gain confidence, and assert their position.

 

The identity is anchored by a stylized wild boar symbol, chosen for its symbolic meaning. The boar embodies resilience, instinct, and a fearless, forward-driven attitude. It represents the ability to confront challenges directly and to “dig beneath the surface” to uncover opportunities others fail to see. 

 

Together with the tagline “BE BOLD”, the logo system communicates a clear message: success requires courage, clarity, and decisive action.

TYPHOGRAPHY, GRAPHIC ELEMENTS & COLORS

The typography reflects the dual nature of the brand — structured yet expressive. Clean, contemporary letterforms are combined with dynamic weight variations that reinforce the idea of transformation and momentum.

 

The graphic language is built around contrast and tension, using scaling, bold transitions, and directional compositions to evoke movement and growth.

 

The color system intentionally avoids expressive or saturated tones, opting instead for a refined black-and-white palette. This deliberate choice balances the brand’s disruptive character with clarity, elegance, and authority, creating a strong and controlled visual identity across all touchpoints.
